Madam President wanted a few hours away from her busy schedule, so after a few hours of sunshine and surveying of the land on foot, we dropped in on the "passing of the pagers" ceremony between the two local medical doctors. The republics Surgeon General (pictured on the left) is retiring after many great years of service to the island. No more getting up in the middle of the night, or rushing to the scene of an incident in the snow!
