Serious Juicing

Judith headed east last minute to be with family over the Easter weekend, so to entertain myself on my first Friday night alone in awhile, I decided to juice some fresh vegetables and start my juice storage experiment which I will conclude Tuesday morning. Very serious, very important, or am I just bored? 

1. Cucumber/Kale/Zucchini
2. Beet
3. Apple 
4. Celery 
5. Carrot/Ginger  

All in the name of efficiency! I am thinking I can power down some juice in the AM and hit the goose for a coffee ride before the rain comes....
